The Montana Tech Marketing Class will be conducting a Secret Shopper program for the Butte business community this spring. Kodi App Students will be visiting your business unannounced poising as shoppers. Their research will focus on evaluating important factors vital to meeting your customer’s needs as well as your business goals. Additionally, the students will be visiting your competitors to provide you the business owner with a 360 degree view of your business image and local brand. The final product delivered to each business will include a balanced scorecard on multiple success areas, a detailed competitive scan as well as a target market profile.

Participating in the Secret Shopper project will not cost you anything. However, involvement in this activity will provide you with extremely valuable information to shape the future of your business as well as the success of the Butte market.
